From 1st of January 2013, estrix SA is a fully owned subsidiary to iStone AB with headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.
Estrix has been partly owned by iStone since 2009 and has been an important international partner to iStone in Europe and south America.

The merge is a natural step in the international growth strategy of iStone and gives a very solid platform expanding the international presence.
